Abstract

Latar belakang:Peningkatan kadar kolesterol mempengaruhi penyempitan dan arteriosklerosis pembuluh darah jantung, dan berperan dalam keparahan penyakit Coronary Artery Disease (CAD). Belum ada penelitian yang melaporkan hubungan profil lipid dengan keparahan stenosis pada CAD yang dinilai dengan Gensini score pada populasi di Indonesia, khususnya di Jawa Tengah. Tujuan: Menganalisis profil lipid sebagai prediktor keparahan Stenosis pada CAD yang dinilai dengan Gensini Score pada populasi CAD di Jawa Tengah, Indonesia. Metode: Pendekatan cross sectional dilakukan pada data sekunder pasien CAD di RSI Sultan Agung Semarang tahun 2016–2021. Faktor risiko CAD lainnya yang diteliti adalah usia, jenis kelamin, DM, hipertensi, dan status merokok. Derajat stenosis dikelompokkan dengan skor gensini menjadi stenosis berat jika penyempitan pembuluh darah >40% dan ringan-sedang jika £40%. Analisis statistik menggunakan uji Chi Square.Hasil:Kadar LDL berhubungan secara signifikan dengan keparahan stenosis berdasarkan gensini score (p = 0,003). Pada analisis multivariat Status Merokok merupakan faktor risiko paling dominan terhadap keparahan stenosis CAD (p=0.001). Simpulan:Profil lipid LDL menjadi prediktor yang paling dominan berhubungan dengan keparahan dari Coronary Artery Disease yang dinilai dengan Gensini score dibandingkan profil lipid lainnya.
