Focus and Scope

Journal Wiyata of Science and Health Research is a scientific journal containing research writings, case reports and literature review in the field of science and health covering the following topics: health biology (biomed), health chemistry, environmental health, pharmacy, dental health, health analysts, physiotherapy, nutrition, public health, natural materials, microbiology, virology, serology, parasitology, public health management, nursing, and midwifery.

Peer Review Process

All texts sent must be in accordance with the journal writing guidelines. Journals that have been sent through our OJS will be viewed by an editorial team, then the appropriate manuscripts are sent for a Blind Peer Review review. All manuscripts must be free from the contents of plagiarism. All authors are advised to use plagiarism detection software to perform similarity checks. The editor checks the detection of plagiarism articles in this journal by using the Grammarly® Plagiarism Checker.

Articles sent to this journal will be assessed by the review team and do an examination of whether the manuscript is worthy of publication or not. Research articles submitted to this journal will be reviewed by at least 1 (one) or more expert reviewers. The reviewers gave valuable scientific comments to improve the contents of the text.

The final decision of whether the manuscript is accepted for publication is under the authority of the editorial head regarding the editorial board. Articles received will be available online after the peer-review process.

Jurnal Wiyata Penelitian Sains dan Kesehatan gives direct open access to its content to visitors based on the principle that research results are freely available and publicly available. Support the exchange of global knowledge on a larger scale.

This journal utilizes the LOCKSS system to create a distributed archiving system among participating libraries and permits those libraries to create permanent archives of the journal for purposes of preservation and restoration. More...

 

Publication Ethics

Ethical Scientific Publication Jurnal Wiyata Research on Science and Health

The ethical statement of scientific publication in the Wiyata Journal of Science and Health Research is a statement that binds all parties involved in the process of publishing scientific journals are managers, editors, reviewers, Lestari partners, and authors. The Ethics of Scientific Publications essentially upholds three ethical values in publications, namely (i) Neutrality, which is independent of the conflict of interest in the management of publications; (ii) Justice, which means giving authorship rights to authors; and (iii) Honesty, which is independent of duplication, fabrication, falsification, and plagiarism in publications.

Publisher Responsibility

  1. Publisher of the Wiyata Journal of Science and Health Research is responsible for publishing the manuscript which after going through the process of editing, review, and layout in accordance with the rules of publishing Scientific Journal.
  2. Publisher of the Wiyata Journal of Science and Health Research is responsible for ensuring academic freedom for editors, reviewers, and Mitrabestari in performing their respective duties.
  3. Publisher of the Wiyata Journal of Science and Health Research is responsible for maintaining privacy and protecting intellectual property and copyright, and editorial freedom.

Responsibilities of the Editor

  1. The Editor of the Wiyata Journal of Science and Health Research is responsible for deciding on eligible texts published through board meeting editors referring to applicable legal requirements for defamation, copyright infringement, duplication, data fabrication, data falsification, and plagiarism. To detect plagiarism, use the software "Plagiarism Checker" (https://www.plagramme.com/).
  2. In the process of review and acceptance of the manuscript, the editorial team based on the principle of equality of treatment in decision-making to publish the manuscript by not discriminating the race, sex, religion, ethnicity, citizenship, or political ideology of the author.
  3. Editor and editorial team will not disclose any information about submitted manuscripts or texts except with the author's permission.
  4. Unpublished texts will not be used by editors' research for their own interests and will be returned directly to the author.
  5. The editor shall ensure that the published research is in conformity with internationally recognized medical and health research ethical guidelines.
  6. Editors have an obligation to act if they suspect violations of publicity and research ethics.

The reviewer's responsibility (Review)

  1. Reviewers assist editors in making editorial decisions and through editors, reviewers communicate with authors to improve articles.
  2. Any reviewer who is elected and feels ineligible to review a study in the article should notify the editor and back down from the review process of the article.
  3. Reviews should be done objectively. The reviewer should express the views or results of the article analysis clearly with the supporting argument.
  4. Any articles received by reviewers should be treated as confidential documents. Such articles may not be indicated or discussed with others except those authorized by the editor.
  5. Special information or ideas obtained through reviewers should be kept confidential and not used for personal gain. The reviewer should not regard manuscripts in which they have a conflict of interest due to a relationship, relationship, or competitive, collaborative, or other relationship with any newspaper-related writer, company or institution.
  6. Reviewers shall identify relevant published works that have not been quoted by the author. Any statement that a previously reported observation, derivation, or argument must be accompanied by the relevant quotation. A reviewer should also call the editor's attention to substantial or overlapping equality between the manuscript under consideration and other publication papers with personal knowledge.

Author Responsibility

  1. Authors must present accurate, clear, truthful, and non-duplicate, accurate, clear, and unbiased manuscripts, data fabrication, data falsification, and plagiarism.
  2. The author should write the script ethically, honestly and responsibly, in accordance with applicable scientific writing rules. False or engineering statements are unethical and unacceptable behavior.
  3. The author should point out the references of the opinions and works of others quoted in the right way.
  4. The author does not object if the crash is edited without changing the substance or basic idea of writing.
  5. The author is responsible for the submitted confirmation of the manuscript that has been written. When the author finds significant errors or inaccuracies in the created work, the writer is obliged to immediately notify the journal or publisher-editor and work with the editor to retract or correct the journal.
  6. Authors should be prepared when asked to provide raw data in connection with articles for editorial review, and should be prepared to grant public access to the data (in accordance with the ALPSP-STM Statement of Data and Database), if applicable, and be prepared to retain the data for time which is reasonable after the journal publication.
  7. If the study uses chemicals, procedures or equipment that have an unusual hazard inherent in their use, the authors should clearly communicate in the journal article.
  8. Authors are not allowed to submit articles that essentially describe the same research in more than one journal. Sending the same script to more than one journal simultaneously is unethical and unacceptable publishing behavior.
  9. Authorship is limited to those who have made a significant contribution to the conception, design, implementation, or interpretation of reported research. Anyone who has made a significant contribution should be registered as a coauthor. If there are others who have participated in certain substantive aspects of the research project, they must be recognized or registered as contributors. The appropriate author must ensure that all appropriate co-authors and no inappropriate coauthors are included in the article and that all co-authors have reviewed and approved the final version of the article and have approved the submission for publication.
  10. The author must have a letter of approval of ethics and permit or other registration papers before the study begins. Details of the letter should be submitted in an article, such as the name of the ethics commission and the licensing authority. And If requested by the editor, the author must be able to show evidence of the letters, including evidence of approval after an explanation of the research subject.

  1. Mitrabestari is responsible for the recommendation of the manuscript he reviewed.
  2. The study of the manuscript is done objectively and supported by clear arguments.
  3. Mitrabestari is responsible for quotes, references, duplicates, data fabrication, data falsification and plagiarism over the texts it examines.
  4. Mitrabestari must always maintain the confidentiality of the information and not use information from the manuscript it examines for personal gain/interest.
